1. PURCHASE AND DELIVER
1.1. A product of a size is sold out. Will it be available soon?
When a product is shown on our webshop you can quickly see the size availability when you select the size drop down. If the size is not stated on the product page, the product is unfortunately no longer in stock. You can of course also contact us. Please leave your email adres at the contact page, Please specify which product and which size. We will contact you if the product will become available.
For the handmade products some sizes are available. If an item is not available, within 3 weeks the items will be created and sent to you.
1.2. I just placed an order. When will it be delivered?
You will receive information regarding the status of your order by email during the shipment process. We aim to deliver the product asap. Within the Netherlands the estimated time of delivery is 2 till 4 working days.

We offer free shipment.
3. SUSTAINABLE BAGS
3.1. Do you use sustainable bags?
We care about the environment, thats why we use sustainable bags when sending your order!
3.2. What are sustainable bags?
As an ordinary consumer, it can be difficult to understand which plastics are/aren’t compostable. The fact our bags are compostable, means that once they have been composed together with other waste, they can be reused as compost – without adding any harmful chemicals or anything else that does not belong in nature into the environment.
4.1. My REDRESS THE BALANCE product is damaged or there is something wrong with the order?
We take great care in inspecting the product but, if there is a problem or mistake in the product, please contact us as soon as possible.If there is no exchangeable stock such as limited quantity items, we will refund you.
If you accidentally receive a product that you did not order or something is missing from your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please do not forget to provide us your order number.
5.1. Can I withdraw my order?
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days after receiving your order. However, we try to ship your order as quickly as possible and it is, therefore, possible that it is already on its way. If it is already on its way, you can refuse the package when it’s delivered or return all products for a full refund.
6.1. Returns and return conditions
Of cours you can return goods! Allthough we hope you are happy with the purchased goods.

Not 100% satisfied with your recent RTB purchase? We are happy to accept returns and refund on items that are in original condition, with original label within 14 days of receiving your order.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it.
Returned items must not be used, washed or altered in any way. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.
We provide one free return label for each order. You can use it within 14 days from receiving your order. If you want to make a second return, we will charge a small fee which will be deducted from your refund. .
If the goods are damaged when delivered you can send them back for free and get a full refund.
If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
If your refund is accepted, we will refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method.
If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item/s will be sent back to you.
The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. It’s a good idea to get insurance for the value of the items you are returning, and obtain proof of postage.
6.2. Can I return a sale item?
Sale items can be returned under the same return policies.
6.3. Can I swap a product?
Unfortunately this is not possible. We recommend to return the current item and order a new item.
7.1. How do I pay my order?
Once you have entered your details on the checkout page, you have to agree with the terms and conditions to be redirected to the payment page. We accept different payment methods.

7.3. How can I check wether my payment has been succesfully?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received it, please contact us.
8.1. Do I need an account?
You do need an account to place an order in our web shop. An account can be useful to speed up the process of your purchases. Furthermore, you can always review your previous orders and view the status of your current order. Creating an account is easy and can be done during the checkout process.
8.2. I have forgotten my password?
If you have forgotten your password or your password does not work, press the "Forgot password" button to request a new password. You can find this button at the login page. If you enter your email address, you will automatically receive a new password by email. If you still have problems logging in, please contact us, we are happy to help you.
